Join local teacher and BMQG member Joyce Cambron for simple modern circles. Even if you’re averse to curves, this class might just change your mind! Joyce’s goal in sharing her curved technique is to give you options when it comes to piecing curved seams in your designs. And whether you’re creating an original design, or making a pieced classic like Drunkard’s Path, this class gives you the techniques so that it becomes less daunting!
Use your circles to make a table runner or small wall hanging. Instructions and supply list provided. Light snacks provided; lunch break allows you to enjoy your own brown bag lunch or keep working.
Joyce is the author of A New Spin on Curved Piecing published by Leisure Arts; the powerhouse behind Seams Like Fun patterns; and has taught many times at Quilt Crossing and for other groups. She’s known for her curved pieced quilts and quick wit.
